BTS Jungkook & ASTRO Cha Eun Woo went for a drink in Busan, “Getting IDs checked because of their young faces?”

BTS Jungkook and ASTRO Cha Eun Woo were revealed to have spent time together in Busan, boasting their close friendship.

On August 23rd, a restaurant in Busan posted on social media, revealing that BTS Jungkook and ASTRO Cha Eun Woo visited their restaurant. A restaurant employee said, “After getting their IDs checked, Jungkook and Cha Eun Woo even drank tequila… I should have asked them for a photo or signatures”, expressing their regrets about failing to get proof.

In response to the post, netizens were happy to know that the two are still maintaining a close friendship. In addition, overseas wondered, “How young do Jungkook and Cha Eun Woo look that they even had to show their IDs?”.

Later on the 24th, the restaurant made another post, saying “We heard overseas ARMY (BTS’s fandom) are planning to visit the restaurant”, expressing their astonishment at the unexpected promotional effect of the previous story. They added, “After Jungkook and Cha Eun Woo’s visit, 5 Korean ARMYs already came to our place”.

In fact, Jungkook and Cha Eun Woo are known to be members of “97line”, a group of friends born in 1997 that also includes SEVENTEEN Mingyu and GOT7 Yugyeom.  

Meanwhile, BTS Jungkook released his solo single “Seven” last month and recorded more than 35.4 million monthly listeners on Spotify, achieving remarkable results as a “global top idol” even in solo activities. ASTRO Cha Eun Woo was cast to play the main character Jin Seo Won in MBC’s upcoming drama “A Good Day to Be a Dog”, which is scheduled to air in the second half of this year.
