On the broadcast, Jinju revealed her current status, “I recently got a PhD in black music. I studied human rights and cultural movements related to black music. I’m now a professor (School of Applied Music, Jeonghwa Arts University).”

Then she confessed, “After leaving JYP, I had a dispute with the new agency, which took 7 years. I didn’t know it would take this long.”

Jinju explained, “At that time, I spent a lot of money to hire a lawyer, but soon lost contact. Eventually, I ended up arguing on my own. I went to the National Assembly Library to study law cases. While studying criminal law and civil law, I thought it would be better if I learned it properly. In fact, I passed the first round of law school.”

She shared, “During 7 years of legal battle, I suffered from aphasia and hair loss. Music was my everything, but it was a pity that I couldn’t do it. I endured by delivering milk at dawn, studying law in the morning and participating in events in the evening.”

Finally, she vowed, “I’ll cherish every moment and work hard on music activities.”

Netizens showed reactions such as “I respect you”, “Don’t live fiercely. Live happily”, “You’re incredible”
