Lee Joo-bin To Star In New Drama “Guardians” Following “Queen Of Tears”
Gaining huge popularity after “Queen of Tears”, actress Lee Joo-bin recently selected the drama “Guardians” as her next project
According to insiders on April 23rd, Lee Joo-bin decided to appear in the drama “Guardians” (writer Noh Min-kyung and Jung Ji-hyun, director Park Ji-hyun). Expectations for the actress’s next move after “Queen of Tears” are rising.
“Guardians” depicts people struggling on the last line of defense to make up for imperfect laws. The drama will feature stories of electronic supervisors and probation officers who monitor and arrest criminals as well as help prevent specific criminals from reoffending after returning to society.
Lee Joo-bin has emerged as a rising star with her recent role as Cheon Da-hye in the ongoing series “Queen of Tears”. In the drama, she plays a dependable helper of her husband Hong Soo-cheol (Kwak Dong-yeon), and has received favorable reviews for her excellent portrayal of a character with two faces.
In addition, Lee Joo-bin also appears in the upcoming movie “The Roundup: Punishment”, which will premiere on April 24th, as an unusual female character and contributes to the success of the work.
