Youtuber Pungja responds to controversy over her real-life appearance, “I’ll meet the person who leaked my photos at the police station”

Famous Youtuber Pungja personally mentioned the recent controversy over how she looks in real life.

On July 7th, the Youtube channel “재밌는 거 올라온다” uploaded a new video titled “[Emergency Clip] Controversy over how Pungja looks in person explained | Repeat Restaurant”.

In the video, Pungja said, “I’ve been thinking a lot about ‘How to do Repeat Restaurant’. There’s a controversy over how I look in person”.

Pungja recently appeared on the mukbang content “Repeat Restaurant” and revealed that she gained as much as 40kg in a year. In particular, photos of people witnessing Pungja in real life spread widely on social media and online communities, becoming a hot topic. 

Regarding the controversy, Pungja said, “I’m Youtuber P. Everyone, I was never skinny. You already know I’m large in size.”

She continued, “I’ll find the person who leaked photos of me. I have all the comments saved in a PDF file. Let’s meet at the police station”, drawing laughter with her pleasant response to the controversy.

At the end of the video, an old woman on the street recognized Pungja, saying “You’re so pretty. You look just like on TV”.

However, when Pungja asked, “Don’t I look slimmer in person?”, the woman honestly said, “You don’t look slimmer though”, drawing laughter.

Pungja did not give up. She continued asking, “But I look better in person, right?”, the woman replied, “You look brighter in person. But you don’t look slimmer. I don’t tell a lie”, making everyone laugh again.
