Yoo Jae Suk Placed 1st in Entertainer Brand Reputation Ranking Again

Yoo Jae Suk topped the list of April’s entertainment broadcasters brand reputation. 

On April 1st, Korean Reputation Research Institute announced that Yoo Jae Suk topped the brand reputation index for entertainers once again, followed by Kim Jong Kook and Tak Jae Hoon, who placed second and third, respectively.

The survey analyzed 38,667,861 pieces of big data related to 50 entertainers from March 1st to April 1st, measuring the level of consumer participation, media coverage, communication, and community engagement in the entertainers’ brands. This marks a 15.68% decrease in brand data from last month, which included 45,857,404 pieces of big data.

Yoo Jae Suk ranked first in the brand reputation index with a total score of 2,926,780, with a participation index of 365,856, media index of 512,163, communication index of 842,570, and community index of 1,206,190. Compared to last month’s brand reputation score of 3,387,286, this marks a 13.6% decrease.

Kim Jong Kook ranked second with a score of 1,824,605, with a participation index of 158,455, media index of 244,972, communication index of 355,556, and community index of 1,065,622. This is a 3.27% decrease from last month’s score of 1,886,215.

Tak Jae Hoon ranked third with a score of 1,478,907, with a participation index of 260,672, media index of 209,892, communication index of 510,764, and community index of 497,579. This marks a 10.71% increase from last month’s score of 1,335,825.

Shin Dong Yup ranked fourth with a score of 1,278,945, with a participation index of 76,545, media index of 212,470, communication index of 510,904, and community index of 479,026. This marks a 1.75% decrease from last month’s score of 1,301,683.

Kang Ho Dong ranked fifth with a score of 1,260,970, with a participation index of 126,072, media index of 199,260, communication index of 373,328, and community index of 562,311. This marks a 4.16% increase from last month’s score of 1,210,613.

Additionally, it was revealed that “recording,” “challenging,” and “being a fan” were the top link analysis keywords associated with Yoo Jae Suk’s brand, while the top keyword analysis words were “Hangout with Yoo” “You quiz on the block,” and “Excuse.” The analysis of positive and negative sentiment towards Yoo Jae Suk’s brand showed an 83.90% positive sentiment.
