Yoo Jae-seok Showed Ambition To Enter Global Market As Day6’s Young K Got 970 TOEIC scores and Was In KATUSA

Old K (Kim Jong-min) is eager to learn English, aiming to enter the global market

The upcoming episode of MBC’s “Hangout With Yoo,” which will air on November 25, will reveal the first unity contest of JS Entertainment, which will be between project groups One Top (JS (Yoo Jae-seok), Ha-ha, Old K (Kim Jong-min), Joo Woo-jae, Lee Yi-kyung, and Young-K) and Joojoo Secret (Park Jin-joo, Lee Mi-joo).

JS Entertainment with president Yoo Jae-seok also reveals its ambition to enter the global market by recruiting Young K, who has a TOEIC score of 970 and was a former KATUSA (Korean Augmentation to the United States Army), as the main vocalist. JS said, “We don’t know if we’re going to enter the global market, right? We couldn’t even try it before. But Young K is here,” he said, drawing a big picture of the group preparing for an overseas interview.

Next, Young K opened an English class, and the members started interpreting English lyrics while listening to BTS’ “Butter” and Justin Bieber’s “Love Yourself.”

In the midst of this, Young K was sweating on the transcendent English translation that JS Entertainment members interpret as they hear. The members change the genre of “Butter” into a thriller, and create a crazy situation in which they listen to “Love Yourself” and bring up the story of “No smoking.” In the end, Old K (Kim Jong-min) proudly says, “What’s wrong with Justin Bieber’s pronunciation?” and makes people laugh. Viewers can watch the English translation of the members that embarrassed Young K at 6:35 p.m. on November 25th (KST).
