Facing reporters before entering the court, Yoo Ah-in denied all the questions related to the drug allegations and briefly said, “I will disclose it in court”.

During the trial, the court discussed the dismissal of evidence and adjustment of the witness interrogation schedule. The judge said, “Regarding the investigation report, we will make the decision to dismiss all of them”, adding “If there are documents with different characteristics among the requested documents, please submit them separately”.

Yoo Ah-in’s legal representative argued, “We agree with all the objective data, but the investigation report reflected opinions and judgments based on forensic results”. The prosecution also acknowledged that the investigation report contains the police’s opinions on the attached documents.

The trial continued with the discussion between the prosecution and Yoo Ah-in’s side on the witness questioning.

The prosecution said, “The doctor should be questioned first”. Yoo Ah-in’s side demanded, “There are things related to the doctor to discuss, so we would ask the questioning to begin with fashion brand CEO Park Min-joo, who is also an accomplice”.

Yoo Ah-in’s next trial is scheduled to take place at 3 p.m. on March 5th. Similar to the first trial, the second trial ended after 30 minutes. Even after the trial, the actor got in the car without answering any of the reporters’ questions.
