Suga began by saying, “I came to report you that I’m alive.” He then mentioned that he had a busy schedule, including holding a world tour simultaneously with his first solo album.

He delivered his recent situation, “After the concert, my body wasn’t feeling well for about two weeks. So I rested for about two weeks. Well, I really took a break. The exhaustion accumulated, I was sick and had body aches and stuff.

Suga drew attention by appearing with his previously long hair cut short.

To fans who are worried about his enlistment, which is less than a week away, he said calmly, “Everyone, you don’t need to cry. We’ll be meeting in 2025, right? It is a little sad that we won’t be able to do anything for two years, but we promised we’d meet again in 2025, right?

Regarding the reason he visited fans a little late, he explained, “Taehyung (V)’s album came out, and i didn’t want to interrupt into that time. And I was spending time with members without knowing a whole month flew by. I thought I didn’t really do anything outside for about 30~40 days. But I was spending my time being busy. I wasn’t just playing.

Suga added, “I won’t be able to do ‘Suchwita’, but I filmed a lot, so please look forward to it.” He gave a short greeting, “See you in 2025.”

During the broadcast, Jin and J-Hope, who joined the military first in December last year and last April, left comments.

Jin commented, “Yoongi (Suga’s real name), have strength. You’re so cool. I’m cheering for you. I was talking about you with J-Hope. Have a good time in the army (Come here).

J-Hope gave a pleasant response, “I’m watching the live broadcast before I return my phone. Your hair looks good on you. Jin, Yoongi… Rest well… I’ll be going.”

BTS‘ leader RM, who previously appeared on Suga’s YouTube content “Suchwita”, hinted at the day when the members will gather again, “2025 would be the year most of our members complete their service, and it’s also a monumental year… ‘The Most Beautiful Moment in Life’ would turn 10 years old, so then we’re probably going to be able to do something.”

Fans who watched the broadcast showed reactions such as “Our Yoongi, take care of your health and come back safely“, “See you again in 2025“, “Your hair feels unfamiliar“, “I still can’t believe you’re really going” and “Thank you for working hard before you go.”

Meanwhile, Suga’s agency Big Hit Music explained about Suga’s military service on Sep 17th, “Suga will start his military service on Sep 22nd. We kindly ask fans to refrain from visiting Suga at his workplace during the period of his service. Please convey your warm regards and encouragement in your hearts only.

Suga is the third member of BTS to fulfill military service obligations, following Jin and J-Hope.
