Viewers suspect ‘this character’ as the final villain in “Taxi Driver 2”, pointing out the actor as the reason

Which character will be the final villain in “Taxi Driver 2”?

SBS’s Fri-Sat drama “Taxi Driver” has released 2 episodes. In episode 2, which aired on February 18th, Kim Do Ki (Lee Je Hoon) used Mrs. Rim (Shim So Young) to explore an overseas gambling organization, drawing attention.

The broadcast achieved an average viewer rating of 10.9% in Seoul area with a real-time peak of 14.5%. In the 2049 rating chart, it also recorded 5.2%.

Although “Taxi Driver 2” has just started broadcasting, viewers have already tried to look for the villains. The first name mentioned among the guesses is Kim Eui Sung’s character.

Kim Eui Sung is currently starring in the drama as Jang Sung Chul, CEO of Rainbow Taxi Company and director of Blue Bird, a foundation created to help victims of crimes. Until now, Jang Sung Chul is a good character. However, some people are still doubting his real identity.

The main reason is that Kim Eui Sung has played so villain roles many times in lots of his previous works.

In addition, some viewers argue that Kim Eui Sung may reveal himself as the final villain in the end, citing the original webtoon’s story as evidence, saying “The final villain in the webtoon was also the CEO of Rainbow Taxi”

Earlier at the press conference for “Taxi Driver 2”, Kim Eui Sung said, “I saw comments about Season 1 written by viewers and many of them said, ‘He’s going to betray the team someday.”

Although the actor confirmed that his character has never changed from the beginning of the drama, many people still didn’t believe him. Kim Eui Sung added, “I want to tell them this…Please trust in my words.”

Some netizens commented, “Even his face already looks like a villain”, “I hope they haven’t decided on the final villain yet because I really need Season 3”, etc.

Meanwhile, “Taxi Driver 2”, which tells about Rainbow Taxi Company and taxi driver Kim Do Ki (Lee Je Hoon) taking revenge on behalf of the victims, airs every Friday and Saturday at 10 p.m.
