TWICE’s concert tickets were sold out as soon as they went on sale.
JYG’s girl group TWICE is preparing to shake the whole Japan up. Accordingly, TWICE is the first K-pop girl group to hold three concerts at Tokyo Dome in Japan.
TWICE will hold three concerts at the Tokyo Dome from today (23rd) to 25th. The successful world tour “TWICE 4TH WORLD TOUR “III” (TWICE’s fourth world tour “Three”) will continue its craze.
TWICE was originally scheduled to hold two concert nights on April 23rd and 24th, but thanks to the enthusiastic response, they added a concert on Monday the 25th. As soon as the tickets were opened for sale, all the seats were sold out quickly amid the reservation chaos as the server went down due to crowds of visitors.
TWICE has become the “first K-pop girl group” to host three performances at the Tokyo Dome. Including local female artists, it is the second time in history after AKB48 Group, and set another record for entering Tokyo Dome after the shortest time since its debut (March 2019) as an overseas artist.
This concert is the first face-to-face meeting in about two years since “TWICE WOLLD TOUR 2019 “TWICE LIGHTS” IN JAPAN and the first solo concert in three years at Tokyo Dome.
Meanwhile, TWICE will be the first K-pop girl group in history to hold its two encore performance at the North American Stadium at the “Banc of California Stadium” in Los Angeles on May 14-15 (local time).
