To warm up the comeback heat for the release of their 13th mini album “With YOU-th” on February 23rd, TWICE will release a new single called “I GOT YOU” on February 2nd. JYP Entertainment already introduced some parts of “I GOT YOU” on their official SNS account on January 5th but they only uploaded the second teaser on the 29th.
The video showed TWICE members showcasing their pure charm like the spring breeze on the grass under warm sunlight. The scene where the nine members took a photo together gave off a dreamy vibe. In particular, the simple drum pattern combined with the lyrics “Just like we always do” to create an overwhelming sound, raising fans’ expectations.
Featuring meaningful lyrics and warm vocal harmonies, “I GOT YOU” is a song that allows listeners to feel the friendship, love, and youth of TWICE. As a new English track to connect “The Feels” and “MOONLIGHT SUNRISE”, which entered the US Billboard Main Chart ‘Hot 100’ consecutively, “I GOT YOU” is arousing keen interest from global fans.
“With YOU-th”, which includes I GOT YOU”, is TWICE’s new group album a year after their last comeback with “READY TO BE” in March 2023. It will officially release the album at 2 p.m. on January 23rd.
Meanwhile, TWICE will resume their 5th world tour “READY TO BE” in February. Last year, the girl group performed at many stadiums around the world, such as in Osaka and Tokyo (Japan), LA and New York (US), Melbourne (Australia), and Jakarta (Indonesia).
