SM was very nervous when they let Girls Generation-TaeTiSeo appear in “My Brilliant Life” as cameo

Girls Generation-TaeTiSeo (Taeyeon, Tiffany and Seohyun) met actor Kang Dong-won when they made a special appearance in his movie “My Brilliant Life”.

The scene in “My Brilliant Life” where Dae-soo (Kang Dong-won) becomes a bodyguard for Girls’ Generation-TaeTiSeo (Taeyeon, Tiffany and Seohyun) as his new part-time job once drew keen attention. 

In this scene, Kang Dong-won left a deep impression with his 5:5 part hairstyle, which was known to be the idea of the cordi team to make his appearance look funny. Thanks to this, Kang Dong-won successfully expressed how Dae-soo was nervous and awkward when he saw Girls’ Generation.

In fact, when the production team of “My Brilliant Life” asked SM to let TaeTiSeo make a cameo appearance, SM seemed hesitant to accept the request. The reason is that all three members of TaeTiSeo had no acting experience back then, so their agency was worried that the girls might look awkward in the movie.

Luckily, Taeyeon, Tiffany and Seohyun looked lovely in their scene, which was a relief to their staff.
