LE SSERAFIM and NewJeans appear in the “Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia Class of 2023” 

Forbes has officially announced its 8th annual “30 Under 30 Asia” list, which features many Korean celebrities. 

On May 17th, Forbes officially released its 2023 “30 Under 30 Asia” list, which includes 300 young entrepreneurs, leaders and trailblazers across the Asia-Pacific region, all under the age of 30, who are effecting positive change and driving innovation amid global economic uncertainty and a challenging environment.

Overall, “Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia Class of 2023” features 30 notable honorees selected for each of the 10 categories, including The Arts (Art & Style, Food & Drink); Entertainment & Sports; Finance & Venture Capital; Media, Marketing & Advertising; Retail & Ecommerce; Enterprise Technology; Industry, Manufacturing & Energy; Healthcare & Science; Social Impact and Consumer Technology.

Among those mentioned in the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia Class of 2023, Entertainment & Sports categories, are girl groups LE SSERAFIM and NewJeans, proving the two groups’ immense popularity and influence.

Alongside them, other Korean celebrities are honored in the same category, including content creator Seo Won Jeong (who has the 2nd-most followed TikTok in South Korean), soccer player Cho Gue Sung, actresses Kim Hye Yoon, Lee Yoo Mi, and Jung Ji So, as well as speed skater Hwang Dae Heon and Choi Min Jeong.
