Kim Woo Bin revealed a gift he received from “Our Blues” co-star and big senior Kim Hye Ja.
On May 14th, Kim Woo Bin posted a picture on his Instagram with no caption. The photo shows poet Ryu Shiva’s new book “If you are swayed by the spring breeze, you are a flower”, which was given by veteran actress Kim Hye Ja to him as a gift.
Attention was especially drawn to Kim Hye Ja’s handwritten message to Kim Woo Bin inside the book. She wrote, “To Kim Woo Bin-nim. May 2022, from Kim Hye Ja with love”. Despite being Kim Woo Bin’s big senior with an age gap of nearly 50 years, Kim Hye Ja still respectfully and humbly used honorifics to address her junior.
The message has impressed netizens, as they left comments under Kim Woo Bin’s post such as “Kim Hye Ja’s handwriting is so nice”, “I respect Kim Hye Ja so much”, “She’s such a cool person”, “I like Kim Hye Ja-nim a lot”, “I envy Kim Woo Bin”, etc.
Kim Hye Ja and Kim Woo Bin are currently appearing together in tvN’s weekend drama “Our Blues”. The two play Kang Ok Dong and Park Jung Joon, respectively. “Our Blues” is gaining much interest with viewership ratings of about 10%.
