Netflix confirmed the production of new drama “Delivery Knight” with the participation of Kim Woo-bin and Esom

Netflix has officially announced the production of a new original series called “Delivery Knight”.

On January 12th, Netflĩ confirmed the production of its new original series “Delivery Knight”, along with news of actors Kim Woo-bin, Esom, and Kang Yoo-seok being cast for the drama. “Delivery Knight” will be directed by Jo Eui-seok, the director of movie “Master”.

This drama is set in 2071 when people cannot live without oxygen concentrators because of extreme air pollution. Accordingly, “Delivery Knight” tells about when the legendary knight “5-8”, who has extraordinary fighting skills, meets the refugee “Sa-wol”, who dreams of becoming a knight as she believes knights are the refugees’ only hope. In addition, “Delivery Knight” is said to deal with the stories of knights who have played a major role in society as the 1% of human beings survived in the “Korean Peninsula”, where desertification has rapidly progressed.

Meanwhile, Netflix’s original series “Delivery Knight” is created based on the webtoon of the same name written by Lee Yoon-kyun.
