This is not only the top-rated drama in its time slot but also the overall top-rated drama on Fridays and Saturdays. At its peak, it reached an impressive 14.4% viewership rating.

In the 10th episode of “My Dearest,” Lee Jang Hyun (Namgoong Min) and Yoo Gil Chae (Ahn Eun Jin) faced a harrowing war and narrowly survived several life-threatening situations, finally confirming each other’s feelings. However, a cruel twist of fate once again separated the two.
