LE SSERAFIM has set a new record with their upcoming album “UNFORGIVEN”, achieving over 1 million pre-orders in just 7 days.
LE SSERAFIM, which consists of members Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha, and Hong Eunchae, is set to achieve their second consecutive million-seller with this album.
According to YG PLUS, the album’s distributor, the pre-order numbers were calculated from the first three days of the album’s reservation period until the seventh day, indicating the massive anticipation and support from fans worldwide.
This figure was compiled by adding up both domestic and international pre-orders from the 3rd day of the pre-order sales period until one week after.
Comparing the pre-order sales of LE SSERAFIM’s previous albums, it is evident that the group has been growing at an unprecedented rate. Their debut album “FEARLESS” sold 270,000 copies in its first week, while their second mini-album “ANTIFRAGILE” sold 400,000 copies. In comparison, “UNFORGIVEN” has recorded over 1 million copies during pre-order.
LE SSERAFIM has proven their remarkable popularity by increasing their pre-order sales by almost four times in just their first year since debut.
