“Was your first kiss with me? You were so bad at kissing”…Kim Hee Chul embarrassed by Uhm Hyun Kyung’s unexpected remark

Uhm Hyun Kyung caused a stir on “Knowing Bros” when revealing a behind story of her kiss scene with Kim Hee Chul in the past.

JTBC’s “Knowing Bros”, which aired on January 28th, featured famous actresses, such as Uhm Hyun Kyung, Choi Yoon Young, Han Bo Reum and Lee Joo Woo.

On the broadcast, Kim Hee Chul said, “Among the guests, Hyun Kyung knows me well”, revealing his extraordinary friendship with Uhm Hyun Kyung. The actress nodded, saying “That’s right. I know him well”.

Recalling the time when she filmed a sitcom with Kim Hee Chul, Uhm Hyun Kyung said, “I met Hee Chul during the time he suffered emotional ups and downs. I found out that he’s a crazy guy after working together for a year. When we first met, he called me ‘Ms. Hyun Kyung’. The next day, he called me ‘Hyun Kyung’, then the other day he used ‘Ms. Hyun Kyung’ again.”

Uhm Hyun Kyung then mentioned their kiss scene in the drama, saying “We made lots of NG scenes with that kiss scene. At first, it was not a real kiss. The director and the staff complained that it looked too fake. Regardless of whether the scene looked fake or not, he really couldn’t kiss. He was like someone who had never kissed before”, drawing laughter with the unexpected fact.

Uhm Hyun Kyung asked Kim Hee Chul, “Was the kiss with me your first kiss? You closed your eyes and approached me”. Kim Hee Chul got embarrassed as Uhm Hyun Kyung described the scene at that time.

Earlier, Uhm Hyun Kyung appeared in MBC’s 2006 sitcom “Rainbow Romance” with Kim Hee Chul.
