He shared, “At first, I took the puppy home with me just thinking that ‘Maybe I should spend some time with a pet?’. However, after actually raising one, I realized that I need more effort, time, and communication than I had thought.”

Kim Hee-chul said, “I heard that more people are adopting dogs these days due to the pandemic.”

Some decided to bring home a dog because they cannot travel anywhere and have nowhere to go to. But as they take care of the dogs, they realize it’s harder than they thought. That’s why there are more dogs being abandoned. What’s clear here is that, raising not only dogs but all lives, requires a lot of responsibilities,” Hee-chul emphasized.
