Kang Dong Won wittily prepares a heart-shaped paper for heart pose requests at recent event

Actor Kang Dong Won took out a heart-shaped paper when asked to make heart poses during the photo time.

On August 22nd, the press conference for the new film “Dr. Cheon and Lost Talisman” was held at CGV I-Parl Mall in Yongsan, Seoul. Director Kim Sung Sik, and the cast, including Kang Dong Won, Heo Jun Ho, Esom, Lee Dong Hwi and Park So Yi, attended the event.

Before introducing the movie, the actors had a photo time with reporters. During this time, actors are often asked to make heart poses, and Kang Dong Won actually surprised everyone with his “real heart”.

When MC Park Kyung Rim said, “Shall we make a heart?”, Kang Dong Won immediately took out from his pocket a heart-shaped red paper.

Seeing that, Park Kyung Rim burst into laughter and exclaimed, “Dr. Cheon (Kang Dong Won’s character) is so amazing!”. 

Kang Dong Won also put the heart in front of child actress Park So Yi, creating a lovely scene.

In response to Kang Dong Won preparing a heart-shaped paper, netizens commented, “A man who carries a heart in his pocket”, “The killing point is the moment he took the heart out of his pocket”, “He has a good sense”, etc.

Meanwhile, “Dr. Cheon and Lost Talisman” is the first feature film directed by Kim Sung Sik, an assistant director of “Decision to Leave”, “Deliver Us from Evil”, and “Parasite”. It tells about a fake exorcist named Dr. Cheon (Kang Dong Won), who has good insight but does not believe in ghosts, taking on a case he has never experienced before. This character may look like a con artist but he actually hides a secret.

At the press conference, Kang Dong Won also hinted at the fresh scenario of the movie and many action scenes, raising viewers’ anticipation. The movie is scheduled to premiere on the Chuseok Holiday this year.
