The article discussing the reason BLACKPINK Jennie is no longer seen in many Korean CFs is a hot topic.

An article titled “Jennie is disappearing from the CF industry” recently spread in Nate Pann, drawing keen attention. 

The article stated that Jennie’s CF contracts have recently been decreasing due to the emergence of 4th generation girl groups. Accordingly, a media outlet explained, “Jennie’s modeling effect was not effective”, pointing out, “ACE Bed replaced Jennie with Park Bo Gum as their model and achieved better performance in 2022. Vita 500 stopped recruiting models after their contract with Jennie ended. Jennie’s group BLACKPINK was recently replaced by NewJeans in O-Lens CFs. Lotte Chilsung beverage changed the model for its soju brand from Jennie to Han So Hee.”
