Actors Ji Sung and Jeon Mi-do will transform into a drug police and a journalist in the upcoming SBS drama “Connection”
On December 11, SBS announced that they have officially confirmed the casting of Ji Sung and Jeon Mi-do for the upcoming K-drama “Connection”, which is scheduled to premiere in 2024.
“Connection” is a thriller that revolves around the story of an ace detective in the drug task force, who became addicted to drugs forcibly.
Here, Ji Sung will portray Jang Jae-kyung, the head of the drug task force at the Anhyeon Police Station. Jae-kyung is an ace detective who earns the trust of his juniors and seniors alike, dedicating himself to his work and maintaining his principles in any situation.
Meanwhile, Jeon Mi-do will take on the role of Oh Yoon-jin, a strong-willed journalist from the Anhyun Economy Daily. Yoon-jin is characterized by her assertiveness and strong convictions.
The precise broadcast schedule for the premiere of “Connection” has not yet been determined.
