Jennie and Rosé of girl group BLACKPINK suddenly appeared in New York, USA, possibly to attend the Met Gala.
On April 29th (Korean time), BLACKPINK members Jennie and Rosé arrived at an airport in New York, the US, alongside their managers.
Here, the two female idols appeared in hoodies and sunglasses, seemingly to have comfort after their flight. In particular, Rosé was dressed in jeans, a beanie, and hoodie, whilst Jennie showed off her casual style in a crop-top hoodie and low-waist sweatpants.
It is assumed that Rosé and Jennie have traveled to New York to attend the 2023 Met Gala, which will be held on May 1st (local time).
On the other hand, the Met Gala is an annual fund-raising gala held by fashion magazine Vogue. It is regarded as the world’s most prestigious and glamorous fashion event, with invitations highly sought after. Therefore, Rosé and Jennie’s appearance there will cement their standing in the fashion industry.
The 2023 Met Gala will follow the theme of “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty”, raising expectations for Jennie and Rosé’s outfits.
