SEVENTEEN’s Seungkwan to participate flexibly in new album promotions due to poor condition
Seungkwan will be joining the upcoming schedules related to SEVENTEEN’s 10th mini-album with a flexible approach.
On April 29th, SEVENTEEN’s agency Pledis Entertainment posted an official notice that reads, “We would like to inform you about SEVENTEEN member Seungkwan’s upcoming schedule.“
Pledis Entertainment stated, “As Seungkwan is currently feeling unwell, he will unavoidably participate flexibly in schedules related to SEVENTEEN’s 10th Mini Album ‘FML,’ including the fan signing event. We apologize to the fans and ask for your understanding. We will do our best to help Seungkwan recover his condition as soon as possible.“
Recently, it appears that Seungkwan has been experiencing poor condition, possibly related to the passing of ASTRO’s Moonbin. The two are close friends of the same age, born in 1998, and have revealed that they have a special relationship on various broadcasts and interviews in the past.
Both Seungkwan and Moonbin are members of the 98-Line friend group composed of idols born in 1998, which includes Ung Jae, Lee Suji, Umji, and SinB.
On April 28th, Seungkwan posted on his Instagram, sharing his memories with Moonbin, saying, “It was an honor to be your friend. Thank you for being my friend. Thank you for teaching me and making me feel so many things.“
Moonbin passed away on April 19th at the age of 25.
