Singer/actress IU delivered surprising news on Christmas Eve.
News1 exclusively reported on December 24th that “IU donated 100 million won to the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation.” According to the media, the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation said this donation would be used for a scholarship project that provided tuition to prospective college students of low-income and single-parent families.
IU has been continuously donating since her debut. The singer continuously supports various places in need and has become an icon of good influence.
Earlier, it was reported that IU donated a total of 500 million won to mark the last birthday of her 20s in May.
