However, some people reacted coldly to Vice Chairman Jung’s photos, saying “The concert was good, but he invited too many celebrities”, “Only celebrities were invited. The view and sound quality from normal seats were not good”, etc.

Netizens raised controversy over the invitation tickets of the “Hyundai Card Super Concert 27 Bruno Mars” as numerous celebrities were spotted in the Ground seats, which were fiercely competed for during the ticketing.

A netizen pointed out, “Celebrities were given all the front-row seats, and it was like a gathering of friends”. In response to the criticism, Vice Chairman Jung Tae Young replied, “I think you’re talking about artist’s invitation seats.”

Earlier, an official from Hyundai Card explained, “Those seats are typically reserved for artists who personally invite their family, friends, and musicians to attend the performance, or for celebrities who purchased through their entertainment agencies. Hyundai Card does not distribute end separate invitations to celebrities.”

In response to Hyundai Card’s explanation of “artist’s invitation seats”, netizens continued to criticize, saying “Many ordinary people joined a bloody ticketing war but ended up in vain”, “Should artists receive more benefits than Hyundai Card customers?”, “Being celebrities are already their privilege”, “Artist’s invitation seats? You mean Bruno Mars invited them?”, etc.

In the meantime, Hyundai Card added a statement following the explanation, saying “We will contact customers with restricted view seats due to the stage setup directly and refund them.”
