Fans Argue Over Witnesses Of (G)I-DLE’s Shuhua At Department Store During Hiatus
Fans showed divided reactions as (G)I-DLE’s Shuhua was recently seen at various places amid her hiatus due to health reasons
Recently, a Taiwanese local media outlet reported that (G)I-DLE’s Shuhua was spotted at a department store in Xinyi, Taiwan. In addition, witnesses of the female idol at various places such as night markets, amusement parks, airports, etc. have also spread in online communities, sparking controversy.
Earlier last month, Shuhua suspended her activities due to poor health conditions. Her agency CUBE Entertainment stated, “Shuhua recently visited the hospital due to symptoms of dizziness caused by her poor condition. The medical staff advised that she needed time to rest and regain stability. Shuhua wanted to continue the activities but we have decided to halt her schedules for the time being so that she can focus on the artist’s recovery”.
As Shuhua had already been absent from several fansigning events, video call events, “Music Core” broadcasts, etc. due to health reasons, fans also expressed concerns over the group’s activity disruptions and (G)I-DLE members’ health issues.
Therefore, upon seeing photos of Shuhua enjoying herself, fans expressed disappointment over her ignorance of group activities. Many fans made sharp comments, such as “When are you going to resume activities with the group?”, “Shouldn’t you return to do activities with the group after improving your condition?”, etc.
On the other hand, some tried to defend Shuhua, saying “Do you have to just stay at home when you’re sick?”, “She can walk around when she feels better”, etc.
