Recently, COSMOPOLITAN KOREA stirred up a controversy by posting shoe advertising photos in a ‘peeping tom’ concept. Amidst the heavy criticism, the magazine deleted the pictures and posted an apology:
“We want to extend our deepest apologies to the uncomfortable viewers of the previously released photos. We admit and reflect [on our actions] for not being socially sensitive.
COSMOPOLITAN KOREA promises to be more careful in content production so as not to repeat the same mistake. Once again, we would like to send our most sincere apologies to everyone.”
