BTS ranks 1st in April’s Idol Group Brand Reputation in April, followed by BLACKPINK

In the brand reputation rankings for idol groups in April, BTS landed in first place, followed by girl group BLACKPINK. 

According to Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, BTS ranked first in the idol group brand reputation big data analysis for April 2023.

Regarding this, Chang Hwan Ku, director of the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, said, “BTS brand ranked first in the idol group brand reputation rankings for April 2023. When comparing the idol brand big data in March to the idol group brand category, there was a 0.08% increase. In a detailed analysis, brand consumption increased by 5.06%, brand issues decreased by 8.10%, brand communication increased by 1.50%, and brand diffusion increased by 1.96%.”

The director also added, “BTS brand, who ranked first in the idol group brand reputation in April 2023, had high scores in link analysis for ‘record, enlist, and donate’, and in keyword analysis, ‘Jimin, j-hope, and Jungkook’ ranked high. In the positive and negative ratio analysis, it recorded a positive ratio of 92.38%.”

Following Jin, j-hope enlisted in the 36th Division New Soldier Training Center in Wonju, Gangwon Province on April 18th. Meanwhile, V is actively working in sync with Lee Seo Jin, Park Seo Joon, and Choi Woo Shik on the variety show “Seojin’s” (also known as “Jinny’s Kitchen”).

On the other hand, Jimin recently topped the Billboard “Hot 100” chart with his solo album “FACE”, making him the first Kpop solo artist to secure such an achievement. Meanwhile, Suga will release his solo album “D-Day” on April 21st.

Finally, RM was active as an MC for a recent tvN show, while Jungkook is working hard as the ambassador for famous fashion brands.
