According to the report, Yoo Ah In claimed that his registered address was his actual residence, but it turned out to be false.

After the police reconfirmed his actual place of residence, they raided the place, leading to the discovery of evidence related to drug use.

As a result, they considered the possibility of evidence tampering and the need to apply for an arrest warrant, despite Yoo Ah In being a first-time offender.

On that day, Yoo Ah In appeared at the Seoul Central District Court in Seocho-gu for pre-trial detention questioning. Wearing a black suit, Yoo Ah In did not respond to any questions from the press before the substantive examination.

After completing all the questioning, he apologized to the press, saying, “I regret using drugs. The truth is different regarding evidence tampering.”

The police believe that Yoo Ah In used four types of drugs, including marijuana, propofol, cocaine, and ketamine. They also discovered evidence that he obtained zolpidem, a psychotropic medication, for non-medical purposes through medical records.

Additionally, four people around Yoo Ah In, including a close acquaintance who is a writer from an art school and a famous YouTuber, have been designated as suspects and shifted from being witnesses to being suspects on charges of aiding or directly administering drugs.
