The final episode of “The Idol” leaves viewers with many questions.
The last episode of “The Idol” aired on July 3 started with a twist. Dyanne (BLACKPINK Jennie), who was previously given the chance to replace Jocelyn in the “World Class Sinner” MV and offered a contract, got that opportunity taken from her at the last minute. Upon receiving the news, Jennie is speechless. Despite a saddening twist, some audience members think Jennie’s expressions was hilarious to look at, especially her inexpressive gaze.
Moreover, “The Idol” episode 5 ends with an unreasonable fight between Jocelyn and Tedros. Now that Jocelyn knows she has been manipulated by Tedros and Dyanne is his subordinate, the singer invites her ex-boyfriend over to taunt the cult leader and kick him out of her house.
Jocelyn also offers him 500,000 USD to keep him out of her life. Despite a lucrative deal, Tedros will not keep away, and Jocelyn has to resort to brute force to remove him from her life.
