Apink’s Eunji: “After watching the smoking scene in ‘Work Later, Drink Now’, my parents were so shocked that they couldn’t eat”

Apink’s Chorong, Eunji, Namjoo and Hayoung, who celebrated their 10th debut anniversary, will appear in “Problem Child in House”.

Apink, the girl group who made a comeback with a special album to commemorate their 10th debut anniversary, will appear on KBS 2TV’s variety program “Problem Child in House” which is scheduled to air at 11:40 p.m. on February 15th, and show off their “trustworthy entertainment idol” sense of humor.

On this day, Apink’s Eunji raised curiosity by revealing the behind story of the birth of Kang Ji-goo, her character in the drama “Work Later, Drink Now“. In particular, regarding the unconventional smoking scene that broke idols’ taboo, she said, “My parents saw the smoking scene while having dinner and were unable to speak. They were so shocked that they couldn’t eat.”

In addition, when asked about the swearing scenes, Eunji drew attention by sharing, “At first, I threw out an exclamation-like swear word as an ad-lib, but the director complimented me. Later, I became greedy and thought about which line to put the curse in.”

Then, Eunji surprised everyone as she went on to say, “When filming the drama, I actually acted while drinking alcohol. My alcohol tolerance is about 2~3 bottles. At my peak, I drank up to 6 bottles of soju and 12 bottles of beer.”

Meanwhile, Eunji talked about the rumor that she was an “exercise maniac”, “My body got damaged since I was on an extreme diet. While exercising, my health improved a lot and I gained confidence as well. I want to be like Kim Jong-kook.”
