Ahn Eun-jin Recalled Not Being Able To Cry After Already Crying So Much While Filming “The Dearest”

On the official YouTube channel of “Marie Claire Korea” on December 5th, a video titled “NG because I kept laughing vs. NG because I couldn’t cry. What is actress Ahn Eun-jin’s choice? Balance game with An Eun-jin” was posted.

In this video, Ahn Eun-jin played the balance game in which she needed to picked one for two given options. During this, she was given the question of what is the better situation between “NG because I keep smiling” and “NG because I can’t cry.”

Ahn Eun-jin said she experienced both of them during the filming of MBC’s “My Dearest,” adding, “There were times when I couldn’t cry because the filming was long and there were so many emotional scenes.”

“Whenever I do that, Namkoong Min encouraged me a lot, saying, ‘It’s okay as long as you explain the scene well (even if you don’t cry), so I took this well,” she said, expressing her gratitude to Namkoong Min.

Finally, the actress delivered an apology, saying, “There was a time when I couldn’t hold back my laughter, I remember it was so hard. It was at a time when I shouldn’t laugh. I’m sorry.”
