Making a big hit with “Extraordinary Attorney Woo”, actress Park Eun-bin to appear in a new movie starring Im Si-wan
Park Eun-bin, who is playing the female lead in ENA’s drama “Extraordinary Attorney Woo”, will return with a new movie.
Park Eun-bin is set to release “Boston 1947” following the 2022 movie “The Witch 2”. Directed by Kang Je-kyu, “Boston 1947” stars Ha Jung-woo, Bae Sung-woo, Im Si-wan, Park Eun-bin, Kim Sang-ho and Choi Kyu-hwan.
Based on a true story, “Boston 1947” centers around athletes who participate in the Boston International Marathon, the first international marathon held since World War II. The filming for “Boston 1947” has been carried out since 2020.
Actor Ha Jung-woo plays Sohn Kee-chung, who was active as a track-and-field from the Japanese colonial era to the beginning of the establishment of the Korean government and was the first ethnic Korean to win a medal at the Olympic Games.
Bae Sung-woo will appear in the film as Nam Seung-ryong, who won the bronze medal in the marathon with Sohn Kee-chung at the 1936 Berlin Olympics.
Im Si-wan takes on the role of Sohn Kee-chung and Nam Seung-ryong’s student Suh Yun-bok, who competed in the 1947 Boston Marathon and set a new world best time of 2:25:39. Park Eun-bin is known to play Suh Yun-bok’s girlfriend.
