It was in November 2017 that the two’s agencies at the time, JYP Entertainment and MYM Entertainment, confirmed that Suzy and Lee Min-ho broke up, stating that the two still remained as good friends without revealing the seasons.

In 2009, Suzy auditioned for the Mnet show “Superstar K” and passed the preliminary round but was ultimately eliminated. However, she caught the eye of a scout from JYP Entertainment and soon became a trainee. Eventually, she debuted in March 2010, as a member of girl group Miss A.

Throughout her idol career, Suzy often appeared on variety shows and as the hosts of music programs such as MBC’s “Show! Music Core” and events like major award ceremonies. She also released OSTs for her dramas as well as collaboration tracks, notably a digital single titled “Dream” with EXO’s Baekhyun.
