“AI Boy Group” PLAVE Receives Investment from HYBE and YG Plus, Pursuing Overseas Expansion

According to the CEO of VLast, the agency of PLAVE, HYBE and YG Plus has invested in the rising virtual boy group.

On the afternoon of April 22, a press conference featuring the CEO of Vlast, the agency of “AI boy group” PLAVE, was held in Seoul.

It is known that PLAVE has achieved tremendous results just one year after their debut, adopting the rather novel concept of “virtual idols”, at the same time winning music shows, topping physical charts and even ranking high on digital charts.

Additionally, the CEO of Vlast revealed that PLAVE is pursuing overseas expansion this year, currently meeting with overseas agencies and discussing technical aspects. It was also revealed that PLAVE received investment from HYBE and YG Plus, albeit “just a small number of shares”, providing great impetus for overseas expansion.
