Ahn Hyo-seob to be considering the male lead role in the Korean remake of “Someday or One Day”

Actor Ahn Hyo-seop proves his trending actor title by appearing as the male lead in the Korean version of the popular Taiwanese drama “Someday or One Day”.

As a result of the Dong-A Dotcom coverage, Ahn Hyo-seob is considering appearing after receiving a proposal for the male protagonist of the Korean remake of “Someday or One Day.” In fact, Ahn Hyo-seob was mentioned during a poll as the best-suited actor to play the role of the male protagonist Li Zi-wei even before the remake of “Someday or One Day” was confirmed.

Soon to be remade into a Korean version, “Someday or One Day” tells the story of a girl, who misses her boyfriend who died in an unexpected accident, returning to 1998 through a portable cassette that she accidentally received and meeting a man with the same face as her late boyfriend.

When the drama was aired on Taiwan’s terrestrial broadcast (CTV) in November 2019, it boasted the highest ratings on the channel in eight years, recording an average audience rating of 4.16%. The series has been loved not only in Taiwan but also throughout Asia, being called the epitome of youth. It is highly likely that “Someday or One Day,” starring Ahn Hyo-seob, will be released on Disney Plus.

Ahn Hyo-seob has showed his presence in various genres such as SBS dramas “Dr. Romantic 2″, “Lovers of the Red Sky” and is currently in the midst of filming SBS’s new drama “A Business Proposal.”
