Yoo Jae Suk Criticizes the Main Character in Kim Jong Kook’s Song ‘One Night’

Kim Jong Kook represented the protagonist in his song ‘One Night’.

On June 18th, SBS’s ‘Running Man’ aired a ‘I Am an Entertainment Soloist’ race. In this episode Yoo Jae Suk criticized the protagonist of Kim Jong Kook’s song ‘One Night.’

Upon hearing this, Ji Suk Jin chimed in, “Kim Jong Kook won’t be able to handle it,” and Yoo Jae Suk jokingly said, “The song wasn’t just created out of thin air.”

In response, Kim Jong Kook explained, “Someone else wrote the lyrics,” and Yoo Jae Suk exaggeratedly said, “It’s not just a misunderstanding. It’s what Kim Jong Kook did intentionally.”

Kim Jong Kook then clarified, “I’m sorry, but I only received the lyrics and sang the song. I didn’t personally write the lyrics.

However, Yoo Jae Suk and Jeon So Min expressed their anger towards Kim Jong Kook. In response, Kim Jong Kook made a strong defense, “Kim Jong Kook would never do such a thing.”

Then, Yoo Jae Suk and Jeon So Min pointed out the lyrics, specifically “You are the owner of my soul.” Yoo Jae Suk questioned, “What is this? Does it make sense? So, are there separate owners of the soul and the body?” Kim Jong Kook responded, “No, the owner of the body would be oneself,” while laughing heartily.
