Like the album name “I AM ME.”, Weki Meki has honestly told the story of young people in their 20s. The members did not only sing and perform, but also took the lead in writing and composing songs to complete the album with Weki Meki’s color.

The title song “Siesta” is a cheerful pop song with impressive electronic and deep house melodies. The song was created by composers Anna Timgren and Harold Philippon, who created hit songs such as Oh My Girl‘s “Dun Dun Dance” and TWICE‘s “The Feels”.

The group later had a soft but firm and bold concept through the colorful music video of “Siesta.” The appearance of the members smiling pleasantly and happily in front of the firecrackers exploding along with all kinds of worries and anxiety is expected to arouse sympathy among young people, who hope to find happiness among hardships.
