Updates on 2NE1 Park Bom whose appearance changed drastically within a year… Did she fail to lose weight?

The recent status of 2NE1 Park Bom has been revealed.

On October 21st, Park Bom uploaded a photo on her Instagram account along with the short caption “From Philippine…”.

The released photo shows Park Bom staring straight at the camera while wearing glasses. She drew keen attention from fans with her current appearance which is somewhat different from that in the selfie she took last month.

On the same day, several videos and pictures of Park Bom performing at “POPSTIVAL 2022”, which was held on October 21st, spread on various SNS accounts and online communities.

Many people said they were shocked to see Park Bom’s puffy appearance in a fancam video.

Last year, Park Bom succeeded in losing 11kg from 70kg to 59kg after dieting. In April this year, she took the stage at Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in California, the U.S together with 2NE1 members, making headlines.

Netizens gave various reactions to Park Bom’s recent appearance, which seems to have gained some weight compared to that of the last time she was seen in public. Lots of people were surprised by the sudden change in Park Bom’s visual, saying “If no one told me it was her, I would not recognize her”, “What happened to her in such a short period of time?”, etc. Meanwhile, some reacted, “She still looks pretty like a doll”.
