Writer Noh Yoon sent many compliments to Big Bang’s Daesung

MBN’s ‘Living Legend’, which will premiere on November 28, is a survival entertainment show that selects the top 7 female trot singers to compete in the ‘Korea-Japan Trot King’ program in 2024. Noh Yoon, writer of the show, recently had an interview with Ten Asia.

During this interview, the reporter asked, “What is the reason for Daesung’s casting as a special national producer for “Living Legend?”

Writer Noh replied, “As it is a project that targets both Korea and Japan, I wanted a ‘master’ who has experience and perspective in the culture of both countries. When I selected the right person, it was unanimously Daesung. He is not only very friendly and has a good sense of entertainment, but also has curiosity and affection for others. I thought he was an extremely good singer to take care of and teach new singers. Above all, I think he is a pioneer for the Japanese public and culture because he has become the top singer in both Korea and Japan. Meanwhile, Daesung was suspected of illegally operating adult entertainment businesses in his own building in 2019. Daesung was cleared of charges, but public opinion was cold towards him and he did not show up on entertainment shows for a while.
