“Transit Love 2” Jung Kyu Min finally addressed the rumor that he was in “Descendants of the Sun” 

“Transit Love 2” Jung Kyu Min talked about a rumor about his drama appearance that everyone was curious about.

On SBS Power FM’s “DinDin’s Music High”, which aired on January 10th, Jung Kyu Min appeared as a guest. He mentioned the fact that he appeared in KBS2’s drama “Descendants of the Sun”. 

He said, “I’ve heard things like ‘He’s greedy for broadcasting’ and ‘He must have prepared to be an actor.’ In fact, I came out of the military as a soldier from the special forces. I was in the middle of filming a drama when I was in the army.”

He continued, “I was put in the scene because filming took place in our unit. (If you look at the scene where I appeared) there were seniors in front of and behind my seat.” 

Previously, around August of last year, a post with the content that “Jung Kyu Min seems to have appeared in ‘Descendants of the Sun’” spread around various Korean online communities.

This scene is in episode 16 of “Descendants of the Sun” where Yoon Myung Joo (Kim Ji Won) and Seo Dae Young (Jin Goo) kiss in a restaurant. A man captured in this scene looked very similar to Jung Kyu Min, causing a rumor to be spread among fans of “Transit Love 2”.

Jung Kyu Min made his name known last year by appearing in TVING’s dating show “Transit Love 2”. At the time, he was criticized by netizens for showing a cold attitude to Seong Hae Eun, his ex-lover with whom he had been dating for nearly 7 years. In the second half of the show, he confessed his lingering feelings for his ex and his hidden inner feelings, causing regret.
