On January 18, Jeon Hye-jin’s agency officially revealed glimpses of the actress’s daily life through their official X (formerly Twitter) account.
In particular, the agency posted a photo of Jeon Hye-jin sitting comfortably in the studio, wearing casual attire, with the caption, “In a slow afternoon, Jeon Hye-jin tries to get rid of drowsiness”.
In the picture, Jeon Hye-jin can be seen with a nonchalant expression.
Under this photo, netizens left supportive comments such as “Always cheering for you,” “Sister, stay strong,” and “Looking forward to seeing you in good projects. We’ll be waiting.”
Meanwhile, last year on October 19, media sites first reported about drug allegations involving Lee Sun-kyun. Subsequently, the actor was investigated.
However, Lee Sun-kyun received a negative result in a preliminary urine drug test on the same day and returned home within an hour. A week later, he attended the police station again, underwent a three-hour investigation, and provided hair samples, which were subjected to precise examination at the National Forensic Service. The results came back negative as well.
In the early morning, Lee Sun-kyun left the police station with a haggard look and stated, “I hope the police will carefully judge which statement, mine or the harassers’, is more credible in the future.”
The next day, through his lawyer, Lee Sun-kyun requested additional lie detector tests from the police. He argued that it was unfair to be accused of drug use when there was only a witness statement and no evidence.
It was during this time that various negative rumors involving Lee Sun-kyun’s personal life also emerged. In the end, Lee Sun-kyun was found dead by suicide.
