In a related development, Lee Jin Ho uploaded a video on his YouTube account titled “Right will prevail in the end…The results of Goo Hye Sun’s complaint.” Lee mentioned that the Seoul Western District Prosecutors’ Office has acquitted Lee Jin Ho of Goo Hye Sun’s complaint of him violating the Information and Communication Network Utilization Act. At the time, the prosecution said, “It is only an expression of the suspect’s opinion, and we cannot confirm enough evidence to admit that the suspect’s remarks were false. According to the details of Kakao Talk conversations between the suspect and the employee of celebrity B’s agency, no evidence can confirm that he recognized that his remarks were false.”

I’m very sorry that I couldn’t find the way the statement was leaked as it was a long time ago. I also decided that it was not right to reinvestigate the fact through my friend who helped me as a witness, and I finally decided not to appeal to YouTubers because battling to prove the truth with YouTubers who abuse my personal past is meaningless.” She also added, “I will not respond to any of the above issues in the future.”
