MBC’s entertainment program “Radio Star (Director Kang Sung-ah/Writer Park Hyun-jung)“, which aired at 10:30 PM on Feb 2nd, featured “The Red Sleeve” actors including Lee Jun-ho, Lee Se-young, Jang Hye-jin, Oh Dae-hwan, Kang Hoon and Lee Min-ji. Kang Hoon said that he had a fiery love with Girls’ Generation Taeyeon during his school days.

On this day, Kang Hoon laughingly shared, “When I still lived in Gunsan, my friend told me to audition for JYP with him, so I followed him. I went to the weekly public audition and sang Lee Seung-gi’s song ‘Delete’. Immediately after I sang a word, they said ‘Thank you’.”

Then he added, “At that time, I thought that I have to take revenge. 10 years later, I signed a contract with JYP. My ambition for revenge then disappeared.”

When MC Ahn Young-mi asked “Whose fan were you?”, he shyly said, “Taeyeon. She was the first idol and last idol I ever stanned. It was a really fiery love.”

Kang Hoon went on to reveal that he visited the optical store run by Taeyeon’s family and even bought a pair of glasses despite having good eyesight. Regarding this, Kim Gu-ra responded, “You can make a guest appearance on ‘Amazing Saturday’.”
