TEEN TOP, controversy over attitude after being late for fan signing event “No apology to fans + Finish on time”

Boy group TEEN TOP has been embroiled in controversy over their attitude after being late for a fan signing event.

On August 20th, fansign reviews filled with complaints from fans spread on X (formerly Twitter).

Fan A, who went to TEEN TOP’s fan signing event the day before, complained, “You were 30 minutes late for an one-hour event and didn’t even apologize? In addition, your attitude and fan service today were really bad, but I won’t mention this issue for now.

A added, “To be honest, I didn’t accept or understand today’s game event at all. During the Jenga game, fans couldn’t even have a private conversation (with the members). We just stood in line, then silently pulled out and piled up Jenga.”

TEEN TOP members reportedly arrived at the fan signing venue 30 minutes late.

In the video released by A, a TEEN TOP member complained, “We were late. We were late because of him. I wasn’t late. He was late, too. I waited for about 40 minutes in the underground parking lot.”

The members who were late were busy blaming each other, “Please come early.” Then they said “I’m sorry” to the member who came early.

However, there was no apology or consideration for the fans who waited. It is said that they finished the one-hour fan signing event in about 30 minutes after being 30 minutes late.

TEEN TOP (Chunji, Niel, Ricky, Changjo) is continuing their promotional activities with the title song “HWEEK” after the recent release of their album “TEEN TOP [4SHO]”.
