MC Mong’s Cool Reaction to SM Acknowledging Misunderstandings on External Forces Targeting EXO-CBX

MC Mong showed a cool reaction to SM’s confirmation of “misunderstandings about external forces.”

On June 19th, SM Entertainment announced that they had reached a “mutual agreement” regarding the contract termination dispute involving EXO’s Baekhyun, Chen, and Xiumin.

SM stated, “Through discussions and revisions between our company and the three artists, we have promised to strengthen our future relationship.” They added that there would be no hindrance to EXO’s comeback.

Furthermore, SM mentioned the fact that they had received reports of third-party external forces targeting Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin, claiming unjustifiable influence. They stated, “Our company received reports that a third-party external force with unfair intentions was approaching the three artists. However, through this discussion, we have come to realize that there was a misunderstanding on our part regarding the involvement of a third-party external force. We would like to take this opportunity to apologize to the concerned parties for causing concern with our announcement.

MC Mong, founder of Big Planet Made Entertainment, was previously suspected of being the third-party external force, screenshot SM’s apology and posted it on his Instagram.

MC Mong further added, “THX (Thanks)” as a cool response. He also drew attention by inserting Chen’s song “Beautiful Goodbye” in the post.

On the other hand, on June 1st, Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin notified SM of the termination of their exclusive contracts, citing the non-provision of settlement documents and slave contracts. At that time, MC Mong’s side refuted, “MC Mong did not engage in any intentional intervention that could cause disputes between SM and CBX. MC Mong is currently not an internal director of Big Planet Entertainment.

Under a peaceful agreement, Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin, who have resolved their dispute with SM, will make a comeback with EXO’s 7th full album, ‘EXIST,’ on July 10th.
