On Dec 26th, Taeyang’s agency YG Entertainment announced, “Taeyang will work as an artist under YG’s associate company The Black Label.“
The agency said, “We are sincerely happy to be able to deliver the news of Taeyang’s new start.“
YG Entertainment also opened up about Taeyang’s group activities. The agency firmly stated, “There is no change in the fact that he is a family member of YG and a member of BIGBANG.“

Currently, Taeyang is reportedly focusing on working on his new solo album.
