Sunmi and Hanhae showed their chemistry as close friends on “Cultwo Show”
SBS PowerFM’s “Cultwo Show” broadcast on October 19th featured the guest appearances of Hwang Chi-yeol, Hanhae, and Sunmi. The three played a quiz game and talked with radio listeners.
DJ Kim Tae-gyun read the comment of a listener, saying “Sunmi didn’t talk to Hanhae during the break for ads”, then asked Sunmi, “Aren’t you Hanhae’s true friend? Why are you only talking to Hwang Chi-yeol?”.
Hearing that, Hanhae, who previously emphasized that Sunmi was his close friend, explained, “It’s not like that. We know everything about each other so there’s nothing for us to talk about”.
Sunmi said, “I just found out that Hwang Chi-yeol and I debuted in the same year so we were talking about that”, adding “Let’s just simply say ‘Hanhae and Sunmi are true friends’ at ‘Cultwo Show’ today”. Hanhae added, “I don’t think we can just talk about our relationship like that. It’s like you’re keeping a distance from me”, drawing laughter.
Later, Sunmi read the comment from a listener, saying “Sunmi. I’m looking forward to your Waterbomb performance next year”. In response, Sunmi said, “I was hit by water a lot this summer. I was very surprised because water came into my mouth and went down my throat when I was singing. I almost choked”.
When Kim Tae-gyun said, “I don’t understand why people shot at your mouth”, Sunmi replied, “They didn’t mean to shoot in my mouth, but it just happened when shooting water during the performance”. Hwang Chi-yeol added, “You won’t feel thirsty while singing”, making everyone burst into laughter
