Sandara Park displays her popularity and teases her upcoming drama appearance.
Recently, during the filming of SBS Medianet’s YouTube channel, THE K-POP business travel variety show ‘Idol Truck,’ Sandara Park, along with other members, embarked on a journey to Busan to sell K-Products.
The Busan team consisted of Baekho, WJSN’s Dayoung and Yeoreum, Summer, CIX’s BX, Hyunseok, and Seunghoon. The Philippines team comprised Sandara Park, Dindin, WINNER’s Kim Jinwoo and former NU’EST member Kim Jonghyun.
These two teams were given a mission called “Choose the K-Product that can be sold out,” where they had to select products and challenge themselves to sell them in their respective regions.
Before the mission, the Philippines team displayed confidence in selling out. Dindin asked Sandara Park, “What kind of impact do you have in the Philippines?.“
To this, Sandara Park confidently replied, “I’m ranked third in the Philippines: Duterte, Pacquiao, and me.” When asked if there were any dramas based on her, she introduced herself saying, “A drama inspired by me has been produced. It depicts my history with me as the main character…” and impressed the idols.
‘Idol Truck’ is a content project that is a collaboration between SBS Medianet and KOFCA. K-pop idol stars and celebrities travel to hot spots in Korea and South East Asia to sell products. They personally plan the schedule, content, and sales route to complete the product sales journey. The show will be first aired at 7 p.m. KST on July 5th and can be watched on THE K-POP every Wednesday and Thursday at 7 p.m. KST.
